Accent Chairs & Recliners

Accent chairs, armchairs, swivel chairs and recliners for reading corners and living rooms.

Choosing an accent chair

Scale. An accent chair should sit lower than the sofa back and not overpower it. Compare the seat height with your sofa's.

Recliners. A wall-hugger recliner needs only a few inches behind it; a standard recliner needs a foot or more. Check the clearance figure before you order.

Swivel. A swivel chair works in an open plan room where you turn between the TV and the conversation.
